Hello there Waymoe, Esq here.
Let us discuss about the Gawker media scandal and Hulk “Hulk” Hogan. THIS IS NOT A FLAME WAR OR ANTI GAWKER POST.
1.Gawker media obtained and distributed a sex tape of Hulkamania Hogan that was filmed without his permission.
2.They used unreleased portions of the tape to justify “newsworthiness” to the judges. These portions were so “newsworthy” that they didnt bother to release those parts on their website. (Thus negating the argument)
3. Hulk Hogan was fired and lost income due to the release of the illegally obtained material.
4. Gawker leaked the deposition.
5. Nick Denton revealed himself to be a bunch of cockroaches in a human suit.
6. Gawker publishes an unverifiable story about the personal sex life of a CFO.
7. Gawker back tracks on story, employees battle to keep story on the website, thus proving that they are completely detached from reality.
8. The cockroaches FKA Nick Denton reveal themselves to actually be a sentient puddle of semen scraped from the inside of a truck stop bathroom.
9. Former Jalopnik EIC Matt Hardigree begins blocking anyone who tweets him negative things about Gawker and continues to defend the newsworthiness of the stories and how they are truth crusaders.
10. Gawker employees begin recording and leaking internal meetings, proving that they are truly innocent in this court case as they will leak literally anything regardless of who it damages (even their own livelihoods.)

You forgot the hilarious Gawker “Taylor Swift is not your friend” post that thoroughly excoriates her, and takes the moral high ground by also judging everyone who doesn’t similarly shun her, for her truly heinous crimes of seeking both attention and money .
No mention is made of how easily the names “Nick Denton” and “Gawker Media” can be swapped right into that story instead.
