I’ll pay double if someone can stuff a .45 in it.

Thank fucking god it isn’t functional. I’ve seen what that thing can do in Psycho-Pass.

I can imagine that it has a high-powered laser, like the ones that are used to pop balloons and such, on YouTube, or something...
But it has a little ways to go before it can compete with the ZF1.

Given the price of other high-quality replica/prop guns that don’t do all the cool stuff, it’s going to cost you a lot more than $500

It’s light. Handle’s adjustable for easy carrying, good for righties and lefties.

Still seems a little inefficient that it has to whiz and buzz and move shit around and light stuff up before you can fire it. Also, not concealable. I’d pay $500 if someone just got me a .45

I don’t like warriors. Too narrow-minded, no subtlety. And worse, they fight for hopeless causes. Honor? Huh! Honor’s killed millions of people, it hasn’t saved a single one.
...I’ll tell you what I do like though: a killer.
A dyed-in-the-wool killer, c old-blooded, clean, methodical, and thorough.
Now a real killer, when he picked up the ZF-1, would’ve immediately asked about the little red button on the bottom of the gun.
There is so much great about that movie, including the heroes, and the doofus president, but Gary Oldman as Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg is one of the best, funniest villains, and arguably MAKES that movie.
I still use “I AM VERY DIS-A-POINT-ED!!!” in my own internal dialogue, as a reaction.

My own internal-dialogue Zorg go-to is “Ah, father. You are
so wrong.”
That and maybe some of the other parts of the cherry scene, like referring to “so they can grow up and have teeny little children of their own!” and so on.

Quotability, I’m thinking, Princess Bride : adventure films :: The 5th Element : Sci-Fi?

You can get a nice .45 for $500!

I can always find things to quote from Firefly/Serenity... but there are some who might argue that there are other Sci-Fi movies that are more quotable, and Fifth Element may be the top.
Fifth Element has LOTS of lines from many of the characters, even the throw-away ones like the druggie in the hall...
Gimme de CASHHH!!!!! [give me that, that is a very dangerous gun] ... take it, I don’t need it!
Where’d he learn to negotiate like that? — Gee, I wonder.

True, RIA has some great ones starting around $400. But I was hoping for a nice one, like a Kimber, for $500.
