Spending the week in this 1,400 sqft villa! It may be a small square footage-wise, but the floor plan is great, and it has pretty high ceilings. Right near the beach too. :-)

...Small? That’s how big my house is and it seems plenty big for the four of us...

That window is awesome. Where is it?

It’s not actually all that small, but it is just over half the size of the average house in the US.
EDIT: Whoops, that’s just new houses.

Shit, I don’t even know what I’d do with 2,800 sq-ft.

My mom’s townhouse is about 2,800, and when she first moved in I thought “this is a little small”(I was a spoiled brat). Now, though, all I need is a bedroom an a kitchen.

Remove the fire extinguisher pls. That is an eyesore.
Rental property?

Yeah it is a rental property so we cannot remove it. :-( I don't understand what a fire extinguisher is going to do on the outside like that.

It is! Only downside is in the afternoon, when the sun shines through the window it gets very hot so the plantion shutters end up being closed

It's all relative. It's over 1k square feet smaller than my home so...

Unless you plan on catching on fire or something?

It would make more sense inside of the garage.
