Primary takeaways from today are that BMW owners apparently really like vanity plates and can identify their car color.

BMW X5 with the plate “LUVRED”.

BMW M4 with the plate “BLUCAR”.

Audi’s headlights are pretty sweet...there were a couple (A5’s... good day for coupe?) that showed up in my rear mirror.

Monday traffic is terrible when compared to Tuesday flow.

i noticed that people cant drive..... so just another day. Actually it was pretty amazing. There’s a huge dumpster truck flying down the highway and people just merge from the on-ramp like he’s not there. I really like the new full size Cadillac sedan headlights. I also forgot I had the car in reverse in my driveway and took my foot of the clutch which sounded horrific.

I noticed that the starter I JUST installed in my 1972 ford is already not working properly. Battery is fine, connections are fine, it just clicks rapidly instead of engaging the flywheel. Luckily it’s super easy to replace, I just have to run to napa with my receipt and get a new one.

On the other hand, I also noticed that I can roll start my truck in about 20 feet at the bottom of my driveway without hitting the pile of logs at the bottom. Yay! Cold engine, no less.
