If and when it works, you can paste the link directly into the text, but only certain video sites work. You can also use the Rich Text editor (blue icon with a wrench and pencil above and to the right of the text box) to insert it, it's the black icon to the right once the row pops up.

I usually have problems posting youtube vids from mobile. Sometimes I have better luck if I view the fullsite on youtube and post that link.
