PO420?

I know that feel. I always get balls in my mufflers.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 14:58 |

No, it’s a diatonic accordian with a loose strap.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 14:58 |

I see your ball pit is malfunctioning.

Diesel particulate filter. Again.

Rolling coal?

I wish I had a ball pit :(
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:01 |

Ah yes. Should have made sure to properly install that strap tensioner.

My car seems to think so. I’d like to think it’s a refined Czech (German) diesel.

I think your Honda love extends too far.

Again... Already... Really?
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:09 |

Why are their tennis balls in your muffler? Damn college kids and their pranks!
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:10 |

oh ok :]

Your parallel 11 cylinder engine requires service.

Not sure if muffler bearings or radiator shaft.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:15 |

I laughed.

That's the failing cat right?
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:16 |

Radiator shaft. The pulley broke off so it can’t rotate anymore, and it just seems to clog up due to no centripetal forces acting on the iron filings :(

Marbles in your exhaust again, eh? man, that’s rough.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:41 |

It sounds like a skeleton having a wank in a biscuit tin when I accelerate.

I know all those words, but I’ve never seen them in this order before.

Bollocks to you then
![]() 07/17/2015 at 15:50 |

Dude, looks like you got bad muffler bearings.

Blaze it!
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:00 |
|
Yup. I think I’m gonna look at making some sort of bolt-on/bolt-off mod so I can be right for MOT, but remove it for the rest of the year. I have a feeling it’s going to turn into a right pain in the arse otherwise
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:10 |

Yeah it sounds like it’s going to throw up problems. I’d be worried about the turbo if it’s clogging so damn often. Has anyone on forums etc successfully deleted the DPF?
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:13 |
|
Quite a few have done it, especially as it’s a necessary removal for the Stage 2 ECU map and an uprated turbo. But they seem have a full exhaust system, 1 with and 1 without the DPF. Sounds ‘spensive to me...
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:14 |
|
Yeah it does. I’ve never really looked at a DPF, are they a section of the exhaust like a cat is?
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:26 |
|
From the outside they look exactly the same, and the inside has similarities too in that they have a cellular structure.

I nominate this entire page to something something award
My sides hurt
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:29 |

Hmm if that’s the case maybe someone out there makes delete pipes like they do for cats.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 16:41 |
|
They do, for £250. In comparison the cat removal pipe for the Defender cost £30. They’ve kinda got you by the short and curlies.
![]() 07/17/2015 at 17:52 |
|
Yeah that’s pretty damn high. Maybe an exhaust garage can fab one up for a little less.
![]() 07/18/2015 at 06:34 |

it’s a diesel , there’s your problem
;)

Don’t be ridiculous. It runs on motorová nafta.
