And continues to lie to the general populace. Seriously, not going anywhere. We’ve been through Gawker bullshit before, we’ll be through it again. No point cutting ties when I don’t need to. I understand why people are leaving, and it’s a decent enough reason, but maybe just take a break from the bullshit for a while and come back in a week or two? Door’s always open for old friends.
Tl;dr: not going anywhere, you can’t get rid of me yet.

I think the funniest bit of it all is that we were dumped by Gawker Media. We’re just Kinja with Gawker Media links at the top left. In fact, why are any of us going to Gawker anyways? They know what they’re getting in to if they go there.
I think it’s mostly just people who wanted to leave anyways, but were looking for an excuse for some reason. (Because you need to provide reasoning to leave an Internet site)

Well that kinda sucks. I like it over here in Oppo-Land. I was a regular poster over in the SomethingAwful car/sports forums but got tired of all the times mods would put people on probation for dumb shit.
Let’s face it...Gawker will always be that crazy girl at the party no one wants to take home to meet our Mom.
