A Piaggio Ciao. Looks like a bicycle, is actually a scooter. Powered by a 49cc, air-cooled two-stroke engine which drives the rear wheel by belt and has a top speed of 45kph.
Also, photos from the Italy trip coming soon!

Technically, a moped .
Scooters don’t have a crank and pedals for riding when you run out of gas.
Mr. Pedantic has spoken.

There are a ton of similar brands. I have a Honda Hobbit, I owned a Sachs for a while, then there's Piaggio, Puch, Motobecane, Batavus, Moto Guzi, Tomos... and a ton more. Even Peugeot!

I like this explanation for the use of theoretically, technically, and actually.
Theoretically means ‘according to a theory’. ~ Scientist designed the car to start on a cold day, so theoretically, it should start.
Technically means something happens according to its properties. ~ Everything is in working order, so technically, the car should start.
Actually means what really happened. ~ Technically and theoretically, it should start, but it actually does not.
I suppose both technically and actually could apply here.
You have proven yourself more pedantic than I. You shall now be known as Dr. Pedantic.
