Having one’s own private Wehrmacht collection makes a certain kind of sense, but I’m not really sold on him having a torpedo with no way to deploy it. That seems like an oversight.

Clearly, if it is usable by a car or Tiger tank, it’s a garage. If it’s unusable because the Tiger’s treads have come off, it’s a basement.
