It’s a sad day. Another Volvo aficionado is coming to look at my red wagon I’m trying to sell. If he wants it my blue wagon may be lonely.

They both look beautiful. I recently purchased an S80 and fell in love with it immediately. Definitely now understand the appeal of the brand.

A Red Turbo Wagon? Ooh..

If I weren’t holding out for a V70XC (with a new Trans) I’d be all over that!

I’ve been trolling Craiglist for an S80 for a while. It seems like such a great DD especially in T6 or T5 form.

That sucks, but better a buyer than a scrapyard.

Not a week goes by I don’t miss the 1990 760 turbo wagon I sold in April. It’s worse now that two coworkers have since bought Volvos of their own, going from mine having had been the only one at work to two that would have been three. One’s an S60R, the other an XC90 V8. Yeesh.

Mine is a 2005 T5 model. It’s an excellent DD. Buttery smooth power delivery, very comfortable ride, but not too mushy or wallowy, great seats, and in my commute I am averaging 27 mpg (on premium, but still pretty good)
