She wasn’t really allowed to get a stick, and her driving is 100% city and in traffic. The CVT is surprisingly competent however.

Oh believe me, I’ve tried. Something about trading a WRX for an 11 year old Camry on stiff-as-hell Eibachs with a bangin’ sound-system doesn’t appeal to her. Can’t see why it wouldn’t!
At least if we go out with her car, she lets me drive it and I can pretend its mine for 10 minutes at a time.

I think that Camry looks great, man. The wheels and the lowering set it off nicely. I’m running Eibachs on my car, too. Have been since March 2011. OEM struts are still holding up as well, thankfully.

I LIKE YOUR STYLE
But, since I commute on the highway every day, and I don’t want to be that guy (no one wants to be that guy with straight pipes on a Camry), it’s not an option. So, I actually just ordered a Magnaflow straight through muffler, just for some extra noise. The V6 sound’s decent when it’s uncorked a bit. Haven’t decided whether to keep the resonator on or not though....

Thanks man, I appreciate the love, your car looks awesome as well. That’s good to hear, I’ve heard some people in some cases have issues with stock struts when switching to stiffer springs, for obvious reason of course. When I switched over to the Eibachs I changed over to KYB GR-2 struts, which I believe were the stock struts for the SE trim (stiffer damping than LE and XLE). No issues for me, and I love the handling improvement. The drop helps huge too, in both looks, and a CoG that’s 2 inches lower.

that’s the second camry I have ever seen that I dare call dope as f*ck.
the first one belongs to my friend T-pip, who painted a shark mouth on his.
Seriously though. that slamry looks dope! I seriously love how it looks, and am requiring an exhaust clip when the muffler is on! :D

That is a very nice looking camry (puts on flame suit) I saw one of these a while ago dropped and with is300 wheels looked really good.

Thanks dude! And sounds wicked, I’ve seen one other Camry with a shark mouth and it (weirdly) suits the car well!
I will definitley post a clip when its installed, I’m pretty stoked.
Ironically, she wasn’t much of a car girl when I met her (a passing appreciation if anything), but when you hang around me for so long, and she actually had genuine interest, I sort of got her hooked on cars. Then, as soon as she had the means to get a WRX, she pounced. Its awesome.
