I found pretty much the exact match to my truck slammed on killer 22” wheels. It even has the same old work truck look. I love it! If I’d have deeper pockets I would explore this route.

My truck for reference.

Maybe air bags in the back so you could actually haul stuff on extremely smooth roads?

shit at first I thought you did that to your truck.

Well no more loading ramps needed.

That is very hot. I love slammed trucks, as long as they are on air, so they don’t scrap on small pebbles. lol.

I’d love to build a rat style late 60’s D100 long box. I’ve had a thing for Sweptline trucks since I first laid eyes one one.

Air bags would probably be way more comfortable I bet. Unloaded my truck rides like a brick shit house.

I’d probably never go that extreme but I am considering a mild 4/3 drop.

considering the heaviest thing I’d haul would be a 450lbs quad the lower height would actually be a huge benefit.

would that involve and C notching, or bed hacking? cuz if your gonna go that far you might as well go all the way.

I dig it. It reminds me of this one from Speedhunters, which serves as a shop truck in SoCal. A set of bags and a little frame work, fully functional.

Nope no notch required. On these trucks it’s only needed if you go 6” or more.

This is what the kit consist of. It’s $626 usd.

450 pound quad?

Either a old school 250, or a sport quad.

And every speed bump would terrifying

Here you go—-This is my 1992. It has a 99 Denali front end, and a 2003 GMC bumper and tow mirrors...because I dig being different, and I got a good deal on the parts...and I have not seen any other trucks like mine!

Full 6/8 drop, 4 link and Air ride rear. I got the truck for free (traded fo a vette project with a bent frame). The truck drove from LA home to Phx!

I have done a BeCool Radiator, new batts, as well as the 4 link, auto compressor, and have redone the AC. This year I had to rebuild the Diff...fixing an oil leak at the pinion, I discovered what 23 years of heavy towing does.

You cannot go wrong with a Chevy Truck!

This one spent its life towing a 38’ speedboat, and car trailers (it was lowered axle over spring with bags) I just towed by buddy’s Scarab 38 from Mesa to Havasu.... it is brilliant!

196K miles....and still going strong.

Sweet truck! I’m planning a 4/3 drop for mine but I got a do the rear main seal before I worry about the drop. It’s not leaking bad just a drop every time I shut it off but I wan’t to fix it before it starts pissing out one day. Mine is just a baby with 63,000 miles.

Sweet! The rear main shouldnt be that bad of a fix. It was a pain in the ass on my Vette, with a two piece seal. (1981). At least your truck is higher off of the ground, and things are easier to get to!

And thanks for the compliment on mine!

This one is a one pc seal. I need to drop the tranny and take off the flywheel to get to it. Not an impossible job but I’m still not looking forward to it.
