Some of that will polish off, the rest you should be able to sand down, apply some touch up paint and sand again. Follow up with a polish and sealant and you should be good. Could be worse, same thing happened to my friend’s car 1 day after he bought it except the hit was harder and broke the clips on the bumper so there is a huge gap now.
