Putting your brights on when you pull up to people lighting off fireworks will not help you see the fireworks or people that are 20 feet in front of you, but it will make everyone in front of you go blind. Every single car that has passed us this evening has down this.

No one needs their brights Unless you are the only one around, or drivers going the opposite way are stupid and leave their high beams on, then you flash or just turn yours on until they shut theirs off. If I can’t see then neither will you.
