This is a rundown of what’s working at my house. The golf cart works, we’re just not sure if the battery is charging. The tractor lawn mower wont stay on. The push mower is dissembled at my gpa’s cuz ‘it has no spark’. The pt is broken because the PCM stopped working, despite us purposely not using it too much to prolong its life-span. The Prix works...thankfully. Over all, despite how frustrating it is, it’s all pretty normal for the Ztp household, :/.
Now, does anyone want to mow my lawn? I can pay you in high fives and all the tea you can drink (til we run out).

Pay for a flight from London Gatwick and I’ll mow it.

Will they accept high five as payment as well?

Can I find one in the phone book?
Oh, the trimmer is working at least!

Those safety switches on the mower are still giving you grief huh?

No, it turns over, it just dies after 10 seconds or so. The engine just gradually dies. I believe it’s got my gpa stumped, which is saying a lot. It’s probably why he hadn’t touched it in a while.
But the safety switches are good!

British Airways probably won’t but Virgin Atlantic might, I don’t know about the US carriers though. Depends on how good you are at high fives.

Fiddle with the carb yet?

Only when the deck is running or all the time?
Did you clean the fuel filter? If it was not completely clogged it could let the bowl on the carb fill so it could start, but not flow well enough to keep the engine running.

You’d have to do a little better than Tea. Walgreens has a cheap as dirt beer I happen to like. $2.99 for a sixer..

Tea is all we have....we live very cheaply. a box of 100 green and a box of 100 black tea bags runs about $8 total. Put into mason jars, leave in fridge for 12 hours. The real treat is when we visit my mother-in-law and she buys me a 2-liter of Vernors, and since i’m the only one who drinks it, it’s all mine.

all the time. New fuel filter, carb is cleaned, as is the air filter. we even got it to stop misfiring as well.

Vernors? Are you in Michigan?
![]() 07/31/2015 at 06:15 |
|
Yes, yes I am. But you can buy Vernors out of the state now. When I lived in FL for 5 years, they had it a Publix (where I worked at the time), which is only a southern state store. Vernors is owned by the same folks who own Snapple, Dr. Pepper, and 7up, I believe.
Curious enough, the Target down south in Fort Myers, FL had Faygo, which is a MI-based company and is only sold in MI and surrounding states. Of course, that area was snow bird heavy so they might of brought it down for them.
