In two parts:
Part 1: Does anyone know if there was a second-generation Blazer / Jimmy with
2WD / RWD
4.3L V6
5 Speed Manual
Four Doors
Part 2:
How difficult would it be to install the
stuff
from a 5 speed S-10 pickup into an automatic Blazer / Jimmy and convert it to manual? Linkage, pedals, engine programing...

That’s the 90s one right? I’ve never heard of one, but I don’t see why it couldn’t exist. I know they made that style in 2-doors. The 4300 was the only engine choice so don’t worry about that.

Part 1: Not that I’ve ever heard of nor seen, at least not on a four door. Two-door, yes.
Part 2: Should be easy-peasy.

There were two versions of the 4300. One had throttle body injection (VIN code Z) and made about 160hp, the other had central port injection (VIN code W) and made 200hp.

I can only recall ever seeing the 2.8 and 2.5 hooked to a MT. That doesn't mean they don't exist.

On “Roadkill,” the Rotsun had a 4.3L / 5 so that they said came from an S-10.
