I have a tendency to jinx myself if I start telling people about good deals I am getting. Did it last week with another bike I tried to look at but turned out to be super sketch. Got to the address the guy texted me, person that answered the door had no idea about the bike, he wouldn’t answer my call, and it didn’t have a title.

It’s a ‘88 Honda Hurricane project bike, I am trying to take the riders course right now but it is rather difficult to find time balancing work, racecar things, school and greek life.

Looks nice regardless, that blue is something else. They definitely catch your eyes on the road.

I’m pretty sure it is a 600 based on some of the things I found on it, but the guy didn’t know and the fairings are missing. And I should have clarified, this is my first road bike. I grew up on offroad powersports, but most of my friends ride road bikes now, so its time I make the move. Also, not being the skinniest guy, I was mainly looking at power to weight ratios, and me on this bike is only slightly better than my buddy on his Ninja 300.

It’s at a towing company who repo’d it from a motorcycle shop that went into foreclosure. All the paint on the frame is fine, all mounting points line up, the bars are straight, and all the gaps to the hard parts are true. Also, it’s a good enough deal that it doesn’t matter if I have to put a fair amount of money into it.
