Nah, Hollywood needs to come up with fresh ideas for movies.

To be more visually accurate... the base hood is probably closer.
but, the Vanishing Point car was an R/T... so maybe a bit of new R/T Scat Pack, or SRT8 392. action
(still think that is the worst naming choice since Toyota Racing Development... What is the LAST thing you want to associate with your performance car... ex__ , I’ll let you fill in the blank.)
But in the spirit of being as kick-ass as possible... one does have to go all Hellcat.
Although, nothing to do with Vanishing Point... there is another option... The Saleen Challenger 570... with that hood and the new narrower grille, it does give the car a slight nod toward the 71-72 Plymouth GTX/Road Runner, which would be an interesting more thorough body conversion for a Challenger.
Although, without the Vanishing Point Challenger theme, white isn’t otherwise the most compelling color... and GTX/Road Runners in High Impact Colors or black tend to look better.

That line must have vanished due to the shitty outward visibility.

The Vanishing Point Challenger had a supercharged V8, therefore Hellcat would be the modern version.

Although, I have to say, if I were going for a Challenger today, I would try to get a Challenger as close to this Trans Am Racing look as possible, perhaps save using bronze wheels on blue, which I like the look of.

Actually did, some years ago, with Viggo Mortensen as Kowalski. I haven’t seen it, because why would you sit down at a meal that you KNOW is just going to disappoint you...right?
