AKA my project for the summer. First big project I’m gonna be doing at my house.

I’m tasked with repainting the eagle that sits above my front door. It’s not in the best of shapes as you kinda tell by the terrible phone picture. Gonna be fun I think!

Get some gold leaf! Then clear coat it.

I think what I’m gonna do is make it look like an actual bald eagle, make the shield in its talons red/white/blue, and the banner thing gold. Go all patriotic like it should be. I think it’d look best that way.
