The description on this CL ad is pretty funny. A 72 “Supper” Beetle. For a supposedly new engine, it’s missing a few things.

If you look inside the damn thing, the shifter is gone.

Danger, danger, avoid at all costs.

It could be but my 67 Bug is a one year only car for most of its parts. A real PITA sometimes but I love the 67

Yeah, it can get annoying but luckily I found 1967beetle.com and they have great and very thorough information on parts, etc.
