I tried digging up as much info as I could, but apparently, some dumbo stole some guy’s friend’s bike, and the resulting chase ended with the would-be thief slamming into the pavement by a single “tap.”

Edit: Apparently, it’s a stunt bike.

Wasn’t expecting that from the freeze frame preview and how it started. I was thinking people were driving like jerks through a neighborhood and a cop kicked the bike after they were caught.
