I tried an automated simple substitution solver without luck to hundred of combinations - even deliberately excluding some of the iffy “words” (things which start with capitals, “eeeaogs”). Keying in some of the QWOP = lock or other possibilities didn’t help either. It can’t be a Playfair like I suggested to Dusty, either, because it certainly looks like vowels at least are the same throughout. I’m prepared to call BS on the whole thing.

I am honestly completely stumped though. I’m finding patterns that aren’t patterns, just coincidences. I thought that by removing the first letter of each ‘word’ and analysing the remainder would get me a bit further, but no. I moved onto consecutive Caesar on a letter by letter basis, forwards and backwards. Niente.
