Build a wooden box, weld a top together with handles, cover insides with tin foil, season chicken whatever, place chicken inside, put top on, put half a bag of matchlight charcoal on top, light the charcoal, wait 45 minutes, flip chicken, wait another 45 minutes, take chicken out and place wrapped up all together with juices in a cooler for 45-90 minutes, take out, eat.

I’m outa town for work. Coworker brought grill this week. Had a small ribeye steak and some lays. Still hungry though.
