The Internet said it could be many things. None if it good.

There are two of them. Could be a pair of those things you chop off to convert a bull to a bullock.

And they charge $2.69/lb for fake chicken legs?
Mock chicken legs? OK.
Hey chicken, if I had legs like that I would wear pants.

Interesting, I was at Sears today to buy a string trimmer. Nobody in that department. Asked in tools and appliances. They paged for someone twice. Nobody ever showed. Perused the tool department. I found a handful of sockets that were made in the USA. Just about everything else was China.
Fuck Sears.
I already own most of the tools I will ever use. If I need something else, I will go somewhere else.

Thanks. Now I REALLY want to take that broken 19mm socket in for free replacement.

Do it. When those last USA made sockets are gone... who knows.
