I can’t solve this one... not a standard Caesar cipher.. Could be some sort of Block cipher, but I can’t be bothered right now :P

I suspect this one’s a substitution cipher as well, by the similar patterning at the start of (probably) similar words. If it were me, I’d have stepped up to a
Playfair
after the first one got cracked, but that’s me being an asshole.

I figured the trick would be the two-letter words: almost certainly some combination of is/in/it, which of course nails down “r” as “i”, etc. Nice.
