This is from Friday. I took it to show our tech people that we actually have a problem, unlike 90% of the calls they get. Like “my email is broken!!1!” when they’re putting in the wrong URL for our webmail app, for example.

I’m working in one of our other locations today thank God.

The bitch of the whole thing is we aren’t even Comcast subscribers. We’re signed up with a local company who rents bandwidth on Comcast’s lines. Our two ISP choices are them or Comcast.

That said, the problem is internal. They just installed a new server plus some new switches and a ton of new data ports the other day and the shit hit the fan shortly afterward.

The up suckkkks though. We do a lot of moving of files; so that slow up makes it a huge pain in the ass during busy times.
