So the post office (usps) by law goes to every house or atleast every Mail box ( if you have a dumb community box set up) any who, both my parents are usps management and they say this happens a lot; if you are to many left turns from the sorting center or for what ever reason it's not cost effective, give it to usps and call it a wash on the profit. Better to make $0 then loose $0.01 in their eyes.
