Don’t ask why I’m on Craigslist in California, my explanation to you is that I’m on Craigslist for everywhere all the time. It has been sitting for a while and the owner doesn’t really say that much about the history of the car besides that and that it is not registered or insured.

Was driving to Lake Tahoe one time, found a repair shop with Merkurs littering the lot.

That’s pretty awesome,

Apparently, those things had a mixture of German and Ford reliability. That’s not a very good sounding combination.

Well German reliability was pretty good when that car was being build. I’m guessing Ford must’ve undone all that.

True that.

The 90’s were pretty much when shit started to go down. I’m blaming Ford for here on out.........

According to the map on Craigslist it’s *in* the lake.
