No, it’s flexible exhaust tubing available at just about any auto parts store. I hear it’s illegal to use, but I haven’t personally confirmed that. I doubt that they’d still sell it if everyone only used it for (what I was told) it’s intended purpose, figuring out the bends when you build an exhaust system.
