I’m watching the Top Gear episode where they race public transportation against the Shelby GT500 and I googled how much it would cost to buy one now and I saw this in the search?
It redirects to the V6 Mustang page though, anyone know anything?

2016 MY production will start soon if it hasn’t already, so this is probably a mix-up of some sort. Heck, Ford used to have a curb weight listed for an automatic Fiesta ST, but no such model exists. This is from the 2014 Fiesta specs.

Looks like you were a victim of search word baiting, where you get a false result with your keywords to make it seek like something exists that actually doesn’t. One of the many reasons I don’t use google.
The GT350/GT350R is a 2016 model and will continue for at least another model year, so a GT500 will probably come no earlier than later-2016 as a 2017 alongside the new Ford GT, or perhaps later to not steal either cars’ thunder, or will be a bespoke offering through Shelby only with Ford involved mostly for distribution.
