Why are Porsche, and Porsche-philes calling this a throwback scheme? the only two things they share are the colors. The white is used because having black lettering on the red car wouldn’t stand out as much. The new Nissan “retro” scheme follows the same design as the old car, the Porsche “retro” scheme doesn’t have any of the old design in the scheme aside from the colors.
It’s awful and they should feel bad for considering this a retro scheme.

It’s better than retro because it makes you remember the old scheme, but it’s actually a completely new scheme.
