Girlfriend got bumped in a parking lot resulting in this sizeable dent. I took off the wheel well liner and pushed it out with my fist. There was still a crease after but it has gone away a year or so later!

About 40% of my cars bodywork as plastic and it’s excellent. Less weight, no corrosion, better resistance to damage.

bet if you’d heated it a bit it wouldn’t have had even the crease, which is likely why it went away over time, heated by the sun as you drove

GF caused a similar damage to my mum’s car about 15 years ago. Pushed it out with the handle of a hammer and the re-sprayed with matching paint. I didn’t even tell her.

Of course, a rubberized metal bumper on shock absorbers likely wouldn’t have even had the dent to begin with.
