Indy has same chassis but different engines and areo, stock cars while all tube frames are still different chassis and engines for the different manufactures. They aren’t spec series. Spec series would be the same exact cars running the same engines and chassis and aero. Like the spec miata series

But it’s not a spec series, spec series use all the same equitment same chassis same engines same everything. If there is variation even if it’s only a little it’s not a spec series
