Bunch of crap that Ecclestone. Did he not pay attention to the IRL? Isn’t he dead yet? His perfect world would have a inexpensive circus charging outrageous fees to appear and give a parade of sponsor logos without any passing and then disappear with all the gate reciepts to the next middle-eastern country that signs on to pay the fees.

Oh, that’s what he does now he just wants to minimize the overhead....but not make it any cheaper to pay to show up.

Crazy idea here; let manufacturers build chassis, and let people buy them. Don’t make a team be two cars, no more or less. Hell, let a team have as many cars as they want, but only the top car scores team points.

You know, like the rules were before the teams took over the asylum.
