The clue is in the “filed to” but it’s a coupé by Italian coachbuilder OSI on a Ford Taunus platform (Ford of Germany equivalent of the Ford UK Cortina, predecessor of the Sierra and Mondeo). Made in about 1967-68. About 2,000 were made and it’s thought that about 200 survive.
