I didn't realize how cheap some of these were. Might be one of my favorite BMW designs

I will hopefully have an 88/89 Coming to my driveway after taxes this year... it will be my second. I love these old boats, So much style, great noise, and great value at present. Easy to work on too. These WILL appreciate, I guarantee it. Everyone who lusts after E9s will eventually figure out that an e24 is the perfect substitute. Early/low-mileage Euro examples already fetch US M6 prices. It’s cars like these (70s/80s, incredibly cool, still incredibly cheap) that motivate me to kick ass at work. I really miss driving one and it’s $10,000 now or 20-30k in 20 years, mark my words!

Easily the best-looking period BMW. I miss my 6er
