I use it on my desktop, because I’ve more than enough RAM to handle it, even when it looks like this:
But I’ve switched over to Safari on my old MPB with four gigs and a Core 2 Duo.

Tried tdoing that on my work laptop, it worked for about a week. Then everything started crashing, even a simple copy pasta failed. Granted tho, I had a total of 48 tabs, 52 docs in notepad++ and 20 putty terminals when it decided to blue screen on me. Not precisely a small load on 6GB of ram lol

The 32GB in my desktop laughs at Chrome’s puny attempt to use it all.
But I don’t even use Chrome, I use Firefox because the Chrom add-ons’ lack of functionality tends to piss me off.

I’m fairly happy with Chrome’s add-ons, though I would appreciate a decent clone of Safari’s tab overview thingy:
I’ve tried a few alternatives, but none work nearly so well.

Try running quickbooks pro and infor at the same time while avoiding work by reading Oppo on chrome...

Firefox has memory leaks as well, although I don’t keep it open long enough for things to get real bad... usually.
