That is a rip off. dealer should at least pay deductible out of good will. BTW, I believe Steve had an article that the dealer is responsible no matter what. I would more than likely go to small claims court and sue to cover the deductible and loss of value, rental, etc.
I would also park it out front on the sidewalk of the business with a huge sign in back, saying the dealer wrecked my truck and won’t pay.
