ST curse?

Took the Focus ST to the bodyshop to get the body gaps sorted out (kind of shit from the factory). They spent a while straightening everything, mostly in the front bumper area. I go back to work and back up and scuff the bumper of my coworker’s back bumper with my front bumper.

Could be worse.
I had a coworker buy a brand new, fully loaded 300C Hemi back in 2008. Wrecked it leaving the dealership parking lot.

Yeah I didn’t wreck it at least.

Most of the damaged wiped off, but ST paint is so thin, I’m missing some.

I feel you. Just got mine back a few weeks ago for rocker panel damage. Just parked it this morning and bumped the front bumper on a nice little metal guard in the parking garage.......DOH!

Don’t worry. It gets better. And if it doesn’t get better, it at least gets different. The problem with being younger is that it feels like everything piles on. When you get older, all that stuff averages out over a longer period and it doesn’t seem so bad. Patience, fortitude, positive outlook (when possible), and one thing at a time. From what I’ve seen of your work here, you’re on the right track. You’ll do fine.

I’m selling my S2000 for a ‘99 Camry. Feel better.
