I know the test engineer who was orchestrating the military truck test. Testing military vehicles for the DoD was his fulltime job, but he was also an adjunct professor at my college. He showed that video in class and told us that his brother works with him and happened to be the test driver that day.

Either that or the same thing that was happening in the video, i.e. the brakes locked up and the suspension tore away, but I’m thinking it’s the former.
