My local Walmart has had this for years. I figured that no one would forget their child. A human child. But you would be surprised with some people.

Eh, someone left their baby in the car in the parking lot of a casino where I used to live, then sued the police department for not finding the infant fast enough while she was inside feeding the slots. The problem is that there really isn’t an IQ or reasoning test involved in becoming a parent.

There should be an IQ test for children. And there should be for other things as well. I could pass the IQ test but I'd still be a terrible parent so... Nothing's entirely foolproof
