I have no self control. I went to this ma ‘n’ pa shop cause the battery in the Cutlass decided to die on me on Saturday (in front of a crowd at a cruise night, of course), and he was the only guy who had an AC Delco battery. Because my air cleaner told me to “Keep your GM car all GM”.
Well this is the storefront of the guy’s shop. Full of 1:18 scale die cast models. The very very vast majority (all but maybe 3 of the models) being classic/muscle American.
Here’s what I picked up:
1970 Cutlass Supreme SX
1968 442
1963 Pontiac Lemans
1966 Biscayne 427
1963 Dodge 330
If anybody want’s to cross-post this to Live and Let Diecast, go nuts.
Oh yea, I did get the battery for the Cutlass too. I’ll probably get a battery topper for it for a period correct look.
