MT finally got to slap their instruments on the TheFerrari in the latest episode of Ignition.
While the wailing V12 noise was fantastic, my favorite part came when they showed a quarter mile run by the Porsche 918. As it gets farther away you can see the heat waves shooting up out of its twin exhaust stacks (video cued below).
Fantastic.

That drag race bollocks at the end pissed me off. Motortrend are a big outlet so I thought they might have actually pulled it off but Nope. So here is an epic HyperCar drag race from a proper outlet.
