1. Cloth seats are disgusting in cabs. Like ew, it’s wet. What possibly could have made it wet? Who knows? But it sure smells pretty.
2. A Toyota Yaris is a horrible taxi, so is a Toyota Corolla. So is a Hyundai Accent. Please reform the taxi system so shitty subcompacts can be barred from use as taxis. There are no rules on what can be made a cab whatsoever. I've seen everything from 20 year old Town Cars to Yukons to Audi A4s.
3. Please fix your drivers, because they suck at driving. And being fluent in English is always helpful.
