Is it possible to live stream via YouTube or browser on the PS3? If so, how? I'd like to be able to see the N24 or the big screen. I tried the YouTube app and I see no way to get to live content and the YouTube link won't load in the browser.

At first, I thought you wanted to live stream from your PS3.
You want to watch the live feed of the N24 via the YouTube app on your PS3? No problem here:

I just opened the YT app, searched for “nurburgring 24 live” and clicked on that first result from Vodafone Deutchland. I tried it again just now, and the Vodafone video is the second or third result when searching simply “nurburgring”. I just needed to type “nurb” for it to predict “nurburgring” I tried it on both my PS3 & PS4.
Are you having trouble finding the video, or will it just not play when you do find it?
EDIT: If it’s showing up for me but not you, it may be a regional thing? I’m in Canada, but we don’t have our own PSN sub-network, we’re a part of the US one. AFAIK, “Canadian” PSN accounts are technically US ones.

Weird. Assuming you have a YouTube account, try this as a workaround:
1: On your PC*, go the video you’d like to watch (I’m assuming it’s this one): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gea-6… , click the “+ Add To” button and tick “Watch Later”.
2: On the YouTube app on your PS3, sign in with your same YT account that you used on PC.
3: In the YT app, select “Watch Later”.
*or on your phone, tablet, or whatever device is convenient for you to log into YT.
You could also subscribe to the channel you’re trying to find, or add the video to your favourites, look for the video in your watch history, whatever floats your boat.
