Are cop tires, cop suspension and cop shocks a thing?

Most police packages come with “heavy duty” components. So, yea.

Apparently.

I’m not 100% on the tires (and if you bought a used cop car, you probably wouldn’t get them), but suspension components are generally upgraded, usually a little stiffer as well.

I will own a 1974 Dodge Monaco just like that one day... I love that movie...

No idea on the tires, however, I can confirm the engine and suspension are a thing.
Source: My dad owns a Florida highway patrol fox body Mustang... Or did at some point, no idea whether or not he still owns it.

Yes, even today, if not more so.
Take the Taurus (Police Interceptor Sedan) and Explorer (Police Interceptor Utility) cop cars versus the civilian versions. Both the PIS and PIU get upgraded cooling, better tuning for long periods spent idling, more power which helped offset the increased weight, better brakes to bring that weight to a stop sooner, special wheels and suspensions that can take curbs at up to 40 mph without damage, and particular tire options not available to the general public.
I haven’t worked on either myself yet, but at my old shop we serviced the local municipality’s Crown Victoria Police Interceptors and they had special Firestone Firehawk GT Pursuit tires that were only sellable to law enforcement, and even felt and bounced differently than regular Firehawk GTs. Not much visual difference versus the regular ones either, save the “Pursuit” label on the sidewall.. The local cops liked them better than the Goodyear and Michelin they had run before.

The one in picture is with a hardtop roof. The movie version and all real police cars had the normal version. The hardtop looks still really nice.
My friend has a ‘74 Monaco and used to drive it a lot as designated driver. It’s a really fun car.

I have a BMW R1150RTP police motorcycle. Upgrades, beyond the lights, radios and crash bars included run flat tires, a second battery and associated lighted to run the lights when the bike was off, an uprated alternator and different hearing that allows it to pull harder from a stand still.

Just watched last night, they must be considering the cops post catalytic converter couldn't touch em

My P71 still has the Firehawk (PV41?) police tires on it (although they’re almost bald) and they’re pretty great. I do not want to have to replace them

Call a local Firestone (if you have one) and see if they'll sell you a set. They're pretty darn good.
