I hate rain. Rant after the jump.
This silly story starts several months ago, when my family decided to go on a vacation to Disneyland (I love Disneyland). We are supposed to leave tomorrow morning early. Also as a bit of a backstory, I’m in Arizona.
Fast forward to about a week ago, when I am checking the weather forecasts in morbid curiosity to see if we are going to hit 100 degrees yet (which we haven’t) and as a result the remaining Saskatchewan-ians will go home (I think they have). To my horror the forecast indicated that there was a 55% chance of rain.
Fast forward again to today, while I’m trapped in my cubicle, lo and behold it rains for about 5 minutes. Which in Arizona is just long enough to turn a blue car, into a blue car with brown polka dots. Which meant that I was going to have to wash both my car and the wife’s car. Because otherwise that crap is going to slowly eat away at my clear coat, and I would be out of town and unable to do anything.
So there I was washing my car in front of my house with the rain clouds still visible looking like a major tool.

I have a good first world problem too today. the autocorrect or whatever Samsung calls it on my S6 is garbage and not user friendly. And I don’t like swipe!

I agree, it’s not much better on my S5. It’s like I’m supposed to be able to spell, what’s the deal with that?

Have you tried other keyboards? I don’t really like Samsung’s built-in, but Swiftkey is pretty good, as is Fleksy if you want something different.

Yeah there are a bunch of Android keyboards out there. Here’s a list from LH to get you started.

You can change them by going to settings -> Input and Language (or something like that) and then selecting the default keyboard.

I use hangouts as my texting app. It works pretty well.
