Does this account for leap days?

Plus 15 days of leap years. A year is actually 365.25

At most 21,915 with leap days. I assumed most people would think 365 instead of 365.25, and then wonder about my math, therefore ruining the joke.

well, 365.2425 if you want to get technical. which is 3 extra days over 400 years if we went by the leap day method of adding every 4th.

For humans, you mean 0-22.4mph time? Isn’t it something like 9.93 seconds? I don’t remember the olympic world record, but if that time is close, humans are still faster than some cars El Brian. :P
