Not sure what this monstrosity is, looks like an E12 530i, but has stick-on V-8 badging, a seemingly functional hood scoop and sidepipes. It had the stock auto shifter inside, so not exactly sure what’s going on and I didn’t have time to stick around to find out. Anyone happen to know the owner? Spotted in Branford, Ct.

Poor thing. What did it do to deserve this?

Is that a Mack bulldog ornament in place of the BMW roundel?

If that’s functional, take away the V8 badge and paint the scoop the same color as the car, and I would SO approve of this.

This...I actually like. That’s not a bad looking place to put the BMW roundel on the grille.

Not bad looking wheels, but the color on the inside of the wheels is just SO WRONG.
Paint the spokes the same color as the body, or gold, and it would look awesome.

I think so :(

*sigh*
I’d say, remove the bulldog, smooth out the area where the roundel used to be, paint it over with the car’s body color, and leave the roundel on the grille. That would look awesome with the bumperless front end with the foglamps.

I like it

That is... AWESOME.
It’s a car, not a priceless work of art. I’m just glad to see a BMW that doesn’t have the same mods as all the other BMW’s.

I don’t know if it is cool or hideous.
