Feels after my Torino
My dog Dash is dying.....

I’m gonna miss him so much. I think he will be 7 this year.

That sucks, sorry to hear it. 7 is not that old even. My dog is 11 and I can definitely see age starting to creep into his daily life. It’s gonna be a sad time when he gets there.

I know how you feel. I had the same experience with a cat I had who seemed to watch over me in his own way, seemed to know when I was feeling down and would do things to cheer me up.
Only my cat died when he was only 5 or 6. I think he ate something that poisoned him. The vet was of the opinion that it was the cat version of a stroke or aneurism.. based on the symptoms I described.

Ya my last dog was 14. Had him sense I was 3, and he died the day I left for college. Now just a week before we are gonna move into our new house this happens....

Ya my other dog died the day I left for school. Like he waited for me to leave and my dad to get home. He was 14. He had his last meal went out pooped and then my dad said he just laid down in the kitchen and passed...

My mother in law just put down her 14 year old mini schnauzer two weeks ago. She’s still heartbroken. That dog moved from Arizona to New England, has been her companion between 7 crappy apartments and years of struggling to get by, had strange food allergies and still lived to 14. It was so sad to say goodbye to the little thing, she was always so happy to see everyone... anyone...
